Psych rockers Disappears tranced out at Glasslands with songs off their recently released album Pre Language and Pitchfork +1 was there to capture it.

The video features a hypnotizing performance of “Pre Language” interspersed with frontman Brian Case discussing their intense live shows.

Sonically and visually rich BK duo SoftSpot really out did themselves this time with their stunning new video for “The Cleansing Hour”, the first single from their forthcoming debut LP.

The video stars classically trained singer Sarah Kinlaw and winds through cinematic flashes of strange masks and costumes all handmade by friend and designer Savannah Wyatt.

Tonight we welcome back to the Glasslands stage the strange and wonderful Gary Wilson. Over the last year or so his re-re-introduction into the public eye has been a positive process to watch–not always the case when you pull an artist out of relative obscurity.

He’s the kind of performer that includes the audience in the whole creative process; he wants you to move around, to be uncomfortable, to react somehow. Check out this video from his album release party for Feel The Beat, his latest release, back  November at Public Works in San Francisco. Yeah, then we’ll see you tonight!

Hundred Waters hails from the sleepy college town that is Gainesville, Fla., which I recently read is actually a pretty cool little scene. They’re ostensibly one of the tighter bands we’ve seen lately, and those vocal harmonies…day-um.
